Happy New Year to you and yours! What will this year mean to you? Are you looking forward to some growth and change or are you in more of a settle in and slow things down mind frame? Wherever 2020 takes you, we wish you all the best!
As promised, we're offering up some tips on preparing for the year ahead. If you ended the year with unused benefit dollars (for massages you really could have used earlier in 2019 but kept putting off) or found yourself trying to cram in multiple treatments during the busiest time of the year, you're probably looking for a better way. We are here to help! The thing is, the benefits of massage therapy are best realized with consistent treatment. We believe in more of a proactive approach, and it might keep you from scrambling at the end of the year. And right now is actually the best time to start planning it all out.
There are a couple of ways to do this:
First, you can book online up to 4 months in advance. This means that right now, you can see what's available until the beginning of April... and that window just keeps sliding every day.
Another option is to set up recurring appointments (especially helpful if you need evening appointments or need a very specific day of the week or window of time). This has to be set up on our end so ask ask about it next time you're in or shoot us an email.
