​Cancellations
Your scheduled appointment is reserved just for you and for this reason AT LEAST 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a missed appointment fee equal to the cost of your treatment. This fee cannot be billed to your benefit plan and will be due upon receipt of invoice.

Late Arrivals
It is important that you arrive on time as we must accommodate all scheduled appointments. If you do arrive late, please be aware that your appointment will still end at the scheduled time. For your first visit to the clinic, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out a health history form.

​Payment
Payment is due upon receipt of treatment. Registered Massage Therapy is included in many health care plans and direct billing is available for several companies including, but not limited to: Green Shield, Great West Life, Sun Life, Manulife, OTIP, Manion, RWAM, Equitable Life and Co-operators. In the event that a claim is rejected or in need of further review prior to processing, payment is to be made in full and a receipt will be provided for submission to your extended benefit provider.
