Hello December!

Well...it's hard to believe, but another year is almost in the books. It's truly been a great one! We'd like to start this month off with a huge THANK YOU to each and every one of you for your support through 2019. It's so appreciated! Some final thoughts as we head into the last month of the year...

Holiday Hours and Appointment Availability

The clinic will be closed Dec 24th - Dec 26th and January 1st. Alyssa has extended her daytime hours over the holidays which you can check out online. Evenings and weekend appointments are almost all taken but here are some that are left:

Remember that both Janet and Alyssa will be in after boxing day and into the new year, including Saturday, December 28th and there are still a couple of spots left.

"Existing Client Only" Saturday added Saturday, December 14th If you're a Monday-Friday, 9-5 person and you've been trying to get an evening appointment with Janet, you may have noticed they are completely booked out until next year. But fear not! There are a limited number of spaces open on the morning of the 14th to accommodate existing clients and cannot be booked online. If you are interested in an appointment that day, please send a reply to this email. They will be booked on a first come, first served basis. 

Cancellation List

Still haven't found what you're looking for? There's one more option..... hop on our cancellation list. Around this busy time of year, the need to reschedule or cancel starts to sneak it's way in and that means the appointment you're dreaming of could become available. How do you get on this elusive cancellation list, you ask? Easy! Hit "reply" on this email and include as much detail as possible about what you're looking for (Example: Monday-Thursday - Anytime after 4pm  - OR - Anytime on a Saturday) We'll add your preferences to the list and you'll be first in line if something opens up that suits you. 

Cancellation Policy

This seems like a good time to segway into the next point. Please remember we do require 24 hours notice of a cancellation as explained in our cancellation policy. A big part of the reason is mentioned above. There could be someone wanting that spot but never finds out about it. Now what if that person was you? Let's all try to be kind to one another 😊
